Use of the Service

- •You may use the service for personal, non-commercial career development purposes
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service
- •You may not use the service to upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Your Content & Data
- •You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, profile data, etc.)
- •By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide our services
- •We do not sell your personal data or resume content to third parties
- •AI analysis results are generated automatically and should be used as guidance, not definitive assessments
- •You can delete your data and account at any time
Google Sign-In
- •We use Google OAuth 2.0 solely for account authentication
- •Signing in with Google shares only your name and email address with us
- •We do not access any other Google services or data on your behalf
- •You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com
- •Revoking access will sign you out of CareerSpark AI

- •CareerSpark AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- •AI-generated career advice and scores are for guidance only — not professional HR decisions
- •We are not responsible for employment outcomes based on our recommendations
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI analysis
- •Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
Prohibited Activities
- •You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
- •You may not use the service to submit false or fabricated resumes
- •You may not impersonate other individuals or entities
- •You may not attempt to bypass our security measures or access other users' data
- •Violations may result in immediate account suspension
Changes & Termination
- •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
- •We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- •Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- •These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union / Netherlands
